Maamle Totimeh
The Managing Partner at Melmade Ghana Limited is responsible for business development, advisory work, capital raising and aftercare of SMEs. Maamle has more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking. She has experience in business development and capital raising for SMEs where she works with entrepreneurs to build their capacity and grow their businesses.
This is done through training, mentoring and coaching. Maamle is involved in correctly diagnosing problems that SMEs face and instituting policies, processes and procedures to solve them. Her work in the finance and SME environment has given her a deep insight into the workings of diverse industries in Ghana. This enables her to come up with solutions that help deliver growth and efficiency to SMEs. Maamle is currently working as the CEO of Melmade Consult where she’s working with SMEs to implement solutions to business challenges to improve sales, operations, sustainability, market access and increase employment.
Edith Okailey Obodai
Edith Obodia is a highly skilled certified accountant with a rich background in financial reporting, budgeting, market research, corporate banking, and investments. She holds an M.Phil. in Business Administration (Finance) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. A dedicated professional, Edith is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Throughout her career, she has developed a deep expertise in working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing them with vital financial and business management solutions. Currently, she serves as an Associate at Melmade Consult, where she leads the accounting function and offers strategic guidance in market expansion and capacity-building efforts for SMEs. Her work includes preparing feasibility studies, conducting market research, and advising businesses on sustainable growth strategies.
Previously, Edith held roles at the National Investment Bank, where she worked as a Credit Analyst and Branch Supervisor, improving portfolio performance and spearheading initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency.
With a passion for empowering SMEs, Edith continues to contribute to the financial stability and growth of organizations, focusing on providing robust accounting frameworks and strategic business insights.
Rosemond Afenyo
Rosemond Afenyo is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and managing multi-million-dollar projects with full P&L accountability. Skilled in financial management systems and market expansion strategies, she has a proven ability to implement financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance business performance.
Rosemond excels in market research, strategic planning, and SME development, delivering sustainable growth across diverse sectors. Her expertise includes designing financial systems, leading market entry strategies, and providing consulting services to businesses. Proficient in tools like QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau, she leverages data-driven insights to drive operational excellence.
